Technical Salesperson

Are you a results-driven technical salesperson with a passion for sales and its development? Do you thrive on building relationships and providing innovative technical solutions to meet customers’ needs in a rapidly growing industry?

If so, we want you to join our team as a sales engineer for the sale of products and services related to power grid distribution and renewable energy.

Your sales areas will be Sweden and Finland, with a primary focus on the Swedish region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer engagement
  • Negotiations
  • Development of sales processes
  • Preparing, monitoring, and overseeing tenders and bid materials
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to understand their technical requirements and explore the possibilities our products/services offer
  • Collaborating with colleagues in Sweden and Finland within sales teams, project teams, and engineers, including product development
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry and develop sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • A relevant university degree in electrical engineering or economics; alternatively, strong skills gained through work experience
  • Proven track record in technical sales or a related industry
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and foster trust with customers
  • A results-driven mindset focused on exceeding sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English
  • Industry knowledge in electricity generation and/or distribution is a plus

  • Location: Västerbotten or Vaasa
  • Hybrid work
  • Full-time
